Faith Statement
I believe in one God, the Creator and Ruler of the universe, who exists eternally in three co-equal persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
I believe the Father is all-powerful, all-knowing, and sovereign over all things, directing human history according to His perfect will.
I believe Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became incarnate, lived a sinless life, and willingly gave Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the forgiveness of our sins.
I believe that through His resurrection, Jesus conquered sin and death.
I believe that Jesus Christ will return bodily, visibly, and gloriously to judge the living and the dead, to fully establish His kingdom, and to reign forever as King of kings and Lord of lords.
I believe the Holy Spirit dwells within believers, guiding us into all truth, convicting us of sin, and empowering us with spiritual gifts to fulfill God’s purpose.
I believe humanity was created in God’s image, but sin separates us from Him.
I believe that salvation is found only through faith in Jesus Christ, is a free gift of grace, and that true believers are kept secure by God’s power and grace alone.
I believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God and is our final and trustworthy source of truth, instruction, and guidance.
I believe that marriage is a sacred covenant instituted by God and is the lifelong union between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His purposes for human flourishing and family.
I believe in and commit myself to the Great Commission, sharing the gospel and making disciples as I follow the example of Christ.
I practice baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection.
I participate in the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of and honor to Jesus’ sacrifice for all humanity.
I believe in tithing, giving ten percent of my income to support my church home as an act of obedience, worship, and partnership in God’s work.
As a member of the body of Christ, I seek unity and strive to reflect His love, grace, and truth in our relationships, our community, and the world.
