Workshop – Terms and Conditions
1. General Information Welcome to Shauna Parker Workshops. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Please read them carefully.
2. Ticket Purchase All sales for Shauna Parker Workshops are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, are allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth running of the event and to maintain fairness for all participants.
3. Ticket Transfer If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To transfer a ticket, please contact us at support@shauna-parker.com with the new attendee’s full name and contact details. Ticket transfers must be completed no later than 48 hours before the event.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations In the unlikely event that a Shauna Parker Workshop is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be provided.
5. Code of Conduct We are committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees. By participating in the workshop, you agree to:
- Treat all participants, speakers, and staff with respect and courtesy.
- Refrain from any form of harassment or discrimination.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by event organizers.
Any violation of these terms may result in your removal from the workshop without a refund.
6. Liability By attending a Shauna Parker Workshop, you agree that the organizers, speakers, and venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
7. Photography and Recording Please note that photography and video recording may occur during the workshop. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and you grant the organizers the right to use these materials for promotional purposes.
8. Personal Information We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of managing the workshop and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
