How to Know if You Are Ready to Embrace God’s Calling | 5 Biblical Signs 

Have you ever wondered if you are ready to embrace God’s Calling for your life? 

Embracing God’s Calling can be scary especially when you aren’t sure you are ready. 

Here is what I have found on my own journey. God will begin planting seeds early on. 

You may not even realize that He is planting seeds until later on when you are actually ready. 

I’m positive that if you think back there are times in your own life where God was planting seeds that could be blooming right now. 

Just in case here are 5 Biblical Signs to help you know if you are ready to embrace God’s Calling. 

#1 You Have a Deep Conviction: If you feel a deep, persistent conviction in your heart or spirit nudging you towards a specific direction or mission, it could be a sign that God is calling you. Pay attention to these inner promptings and seek confirmation through prayer and reflection. And pay special attention to coincidences. 

#2 You Have Peace Amidst Uncertainty: You have a sense of peace and assurance that surpasses your own understanding. Even though you may not know the how or even the why you still have peace and that is a sign my friend. 

#3 You are Willing to take a Step of Faith: We all know that embracing God’s calling often requires faith—a willingness to trust Him like Abraham trusted Him when he took Isaac up the mountain. If you are willing to take your own step of faith with courage even though you don’t know the outcome then this is a sign you are ready to embrace God’s Calling. 

#4 Openness to Growth: You recognize that the journey will not always be easy, but it will be filled with opportunities for spiritual growth, personal development, and a deeper relationship with God.

#5 Heartfelt Concern: You can’t help but pay attention to the needs of others and the world around you. There is something very specific that bothers you to your core and you wish God or others would do something about it. 

There you have it, 5 signs to know if you are ready to embrace God’s Calling.
